Documents and eligibility
To rent a self-drive car you need to be at least 21 years old, with an original driving licence issued at least one year ago and an Aadhaar card or passport. Visitors from outside Delhi NCR may be asked for a return ticket or hotel booking. Verification is done on WhatsApp in about 10 minutes, and registered customers only need to do it once.
Fuel, kilometres and tolls
Fuel works on a same-to-same basis: you receive the car with a recorded fuel level and return it at the same level. Kilometres beyond your plan are charged at the per-km rate in your quote. Tolls are paid automatically through the FASTag and itemised on your final bill, together with any parking or state entry tax.
