Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years old and hold an original driving licence issued at least one year before the rental start, plus an Aadhaar card or passport.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once documents are verified and the rent and deposit are received. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and cash. Prices are in INR and include GST unless stated.

Security deposit

A refundable deposit is collected for every rental and refunded within 24–48 hours after return, less any tolls, challans, fuel shortfall, extra kilometres, late fees or damage charges.

Fuel, kilometres and tolls

Fuel is same-to-same. Kilometres beyond the plan are charged at the quoted rate. Tolls are recovered via FASTag. Parking, state taxes and traffic fines are the renter's responsibility.

Use of the car

Only the verified renter may drive. The car must not be used for commercial passenger transport, racing, towing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Smoking inside is not allowed.

Damage and insurance

Cars have comprehensive insurance. Report any accident to us and the police immediately. The renter pays the deductible in the agreement and any damage not covered by insurance due to negligent or prohibited use.

Late return

Inform us in advance to extend. Extensions are charged at the normal rate if the car is available. Unannounced late returns attract a late fee.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup get a full refund. Within 24 hours, up to one day's rent may be charged. Refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
