What we collect
Your name, phone, email, delivery address, trip dates and messages; for account holders, a securely hashed password and optional licence number; for rentals, copies of your licence and ID.
Driving licence and ID documents
Customers can upload their driving licence, Aadhaar or passport in their account. Files are stored privately on our server, are not publicly accessible, and are seen only by our verification team. Photo location (GPS) data is removed on upload. Documents are deleted when you delete your account.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, manage bookings and your account, verify identity, send receipts and meet legal requirements. We never sell your data.
Reviews
If you tick the consent box, we may publish your review with your first name and area — never your phone or email.
Security
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Account areas use secure sessions. Data is kept only as long as needed for bookings and legal records.
